Welcome to the KitNewCare Benchmarking Tool

KitNewCare’s Benchmarking Dashboard is an online audit tool and dashboard that estimates and records health outcomes, social impacts, environmental impacts and costs of kidney centres and their treatment options, allowing kidney centres to monitor their performance in sustainable kidney care over time, benchmark themselves against the national average, European average and best practice and identify opportunities for improvement.

The environmental impact and cost section of the first version of the benchmarking tool focuses on Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) - Automated PD (APD) and Continuous Ambulatory PD (CAPD), and In-centre Haemodialysis (ICHD) and Haemodiafiltration (HDF). Home Haemodialysis (HHD), Transplant and Conservative care will be included in the next phase of the tool development.
